Priorites

Listening to the community and what issues you all see as necessary is a top priority of mine. Including enhancing the streets for both pedestrians and drivers, supporting our small business through these difficult times, and focusing on responsible development in the community. I am working to make sure you are aware that your community voice is heard.

Family Friendly Streets

I have pushed to continue changes for more resident and visitor-friendly streets. Working on policies such as the Westside Street Scape to enhance safety for both drivers and pedestrians. By implementing the Street Scape it will create additional parking, enlarge the sidewalks, and bring a greener infrastructure to the city. We have also pushed to ensure better care of our parks and that they remain open during these times.

Supporting Small businesses through covid

Small businesses trying to remain open or ever opening for the first time need the communities support. Visiting small businesses to hear what they need is one step to keep them going. The Westside Partnership was developed so businesses could receive a new sign or outside clean up without the financial stress. To also help aid with any financial stress a COVID-19 City relief fund was created for the locally owned businesses.
